My situation is as follows:

I would like to VISIT the UK with my family next year.

My wife and I have been married for a year. She has previously visited the UK with myself and our daughter (who has a thai and uk passport).

This trip we would like my step-sons to visit with us. Both are Thai nationals.

We have a copy of my wifes divorce certificate which also states that she has legal custody of both children. (we only have a copy of this not the original)

How do i go about getting the children visas? Do they each need a separate application or can they be added on my wifes visa application. The children are aged 9 and 12 years old.

Thanks in advance.

They will each need to make, and pay for, separate applicatins; so that's three in total.

You can, though, make an appointment to submit the hard copies etc. for all three at the same time and use the same supporting evidence for them all.

I would suggest including in that evidence a letter from their school confirming that they have been granted the time off and when they are due to return.
