The name of the guy is also anything but Swedish.
But anyone is granted a Swedish passport at the border nowadays.

But you are correct, Finland has two official languages, half million Finnish citizen have Swedish as native language.

 

However, the name of the Swede is neither Swedish or Finnish.

Hans is actually a common name in Sweden - also I'd wager there is an å somewhere in the last name - just lost in translation/translitteration :)

Edit: My bets are on Hans Patrik Boström :D

 

On topic: well, that's what you get for assaulting a police officer :D
