Kudos for mentioning that.  I clicked on this thread from the highlights on the front page, and not by navigating through the Chiang Mai forum.  I know a place in BKK...

Why not just order one from Ebay? They sell many different brands and models, and any good helmet has snap-in interiors. I ordered a center cap liner for my Shoei, arrived in just a few days without an shipping costs or import duties. I removed the old one and snapped in the new in less than 30 second.
