I assume you are travelling on a Thai passport

You probably can't as you should have applied for a Visa to visit UK before you left Thailand.

There is no harm in going to the British consulate in Stockholm and asking if you can get a visitors visa, you may be lucky. Pity you dont have friends in the other schengen states!!

What about getting your friend to come to visit you, flights out of UK are cheap.
