A modern re run of the Thomas a Becket case might  be interesting in its  outcome, certainly caused some upsets  the first time round!!!

After watching and listening to the disciples of dhammachayo. I think they are a cult. dont mean to offend any religion here.

 

They preach about making merit with donations to build a better afterlife for the believers. sounds very much like the prosperity gospel and promises of virgins to certain suicide bombers. 

 

they sound crazy to me.
