I sent mine on November 21 2016 and as per the EMS tracking service it was received by them on Nov 22 2016 and there is also the signature of the receiving officer but so far, January 3 2017, I have not received yet by mail the usual receipt. Must I start to be worried? Thank you very much in advance for your suggestions.

You should contact them about your report. You should gotten it long ago. I think I can recall  a member saying they not longer do them by mail.

    Tomorrow I will go to Chaiyaphim immigration, and see if they by any chance accept

    this EMs-postal service??
