This is one of the not at all understandable topics in Pattaya. Cleaning services are very expensive even if the wages for the maids are quite low.

 

That is why we decided in our condominium to employ more maids by the JP and offer their service to the residents. As little as 3 THB / sqm. The advantage is that in case of some problems in the common area, we are always having enough staff to get it fixed. As well their wage for cleaning private rooms is well covered.

 

The residents are having a very reasonable price to use the cleaning service. They are doing an excellent job BTW.

 

Unfortunately we don't allow them to work somewhere else. 

 

I always thought that it would be a brilliant idea for Thai people to offer a service like we happen have here for other condominiums/houses. But somehow the calculation of these companies seems to be just strange.
