Hi

Can anyone advise a company or person that can  help set-up a LAN thin client environment in a company in ESB?

Not a large company needs about 15 workstations in office and with expansion in mind for factory/ERP

thanks

I'm not sure Thin Client would be the way to go. Desktop virtualisation is probably a better bet.

Any reason why you want to go that way?

Desktop virtualisation can employ thin clients thick clients or whatever you want. Choosing how thin or thick the client depends upon the application. Security can also play a big role in the choice.

If someone tells you they are using thin clients with no further information then you have absolutely no idea what is being dish up by the server.

Which is why I asked him the question. He didn't say he's got thin client, he said he wants to hire someone to set one up.

He might reply but I doubt it.
