January 22, 20179 yr An Elvis Presley morning ta ha all ? It seems that ordering pizza to celebrate a child's birthday is the done thing at school these days for 10yr olds! Never done this before, but seems like getting the class pizza is pretty normal. Was thinking of ordering Dukes unless anyone else can recommend a different restaurant. Has anyone else heard about this or is it just my kids school (Varee) as we didn't do it in my day in England lol. Also, not sure how many kids per large Dukes pizza.
January 22, 20179 yr Pizza Hut should be fine for 10yr olds. Pepperoni and/or Hawaiian seems to be their favorites, they'll eat a lot. My wife says they'll deliver to the school, just make sure you notify the security guard at the gate.
January 22, 20179 yr Yes, completely normal. And not just in schools by the way; I remember people doing it even 20 years ago. Congrats on your kid's birthday!!

January 23, 20179 yr If you have to buy pizza for the whole class I would order from ThIn Thin Pizza and mention the buy 1 get 1 deal. Order any large pizza and get a large margarita pizza free. Order three get six or whatever. They have branch at the Curve near Changklan Road but I have never been to that one. I use the Star Avenue branch.
January 23, 20179 yr Thin Thin Pizza are also on MealsOnWheels4You...the Tom Yum Pizza is good but might not be to a ten year old's taste (especially once the tomato sauce is added)
January 23, 20179 yr Thin Thin are pretty good. Not the usual greasy puke in a deep pan served up by some other establishments.
January 23, 20179 yr Oh yes. It's the norm. Even in prep school, we bring a cake and pack a ziplog of cookies and candies for each child in same class. For the kids i wud say Pizza Hut. All kids wud be happy to eat something they recognise.Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect
