Place to stay a couple of days in Bangkok

Hi there, I will come down to Bangkok early Februaray and would need to stay there initially for a couple of days, and if suitable for more time.  

Could you suggest nice but not too expensive places for 1 person near to Sukhumvit Soi. All suggentions are welcome...

I'd book the Davis hotel on that kinda budget...should be about 1600 Baht a night.

 

Or if you want to be near Cowboy the Taipan or if you like Nana the Dynasty Grande is just about in your budget.

 

Nice hotel that last one.
