mtls2005
I love the smell of reconciliation in the morning. It smells like Victory. It is amazing what the "judicial system" can do, in a short amount of time, when trying the "wrong bad people". It's almost like they have two different sets of "laws". But then who doesn't love a "rule by law" country. What's the point of staging a coup, giving yourself amnesty and granting yourself absolute power, if you're not going grind your political opponents to dust? As a foreigner my interests come first. since the junta took power the anti-foreigner sentiment has only gone up. Truth is the thaksin party is more accepting of foreigners than other yellow shirts for example I don't thinks that's quite right. Didn't Thaksin once stop foreigners earning interest on their bank accounts? Both not particularly friendly to foreigners. Unless of course you care to provide examples? The paymaster wasn't nice to foreigners: - The farang business partner he robbed... - The farang reporter who asked him an awkward question, the paymaster responded by calling the reporter 'idiot scum' and the reporter was deported the next day.
