As for capital - depends on how you define the measurement, But for shear numbers then India has by far the most. But they don't get the attention for it because it's not internationally known as a tourist attraction. Massive sex industry but you never hear of sex tourists to India! Eye witness reports that about 15 girls were cavorting naked or semi-naked in the house pool at about 5 in the morning. I personally heard the shrill excited screaming going on --some voices definetly deeper than the majority --bar must have some lady-boys. The host farang--nationality perhaps Irish but not certain - was in the midst of the pool splash -"looking happy"and having a good deal of attention.
