Hello All

 

Me and my Wife ( Thai with British Citizenship ) are handing in a Visa settlement application to VFS BKK yesterday for my step daughter, her child to enter the UK. On handing in the documents the lady said to my wife she has to complete VAF4A form.

Okay I can do this form, BUT question 2.16 on the form talks about a SU07/12 form to be completed and if not why?

Do we have to do this form SU07/12 ? or can I put NO to questions 2.16 & 2.17 and for the reason say " as I the sponsor am a house owner and have a full time job which earns over £30,000 a year and my wife ( mother ) has a part time job earning £9,000 a year"

 

I am in the UK now so will I have to sign this form and post it to her in BKK? My wife is in BKK handing the supporting documents.

 

The lady has taken all documents in, and said my wife has 18 days to submit form VAF4A.
