Need inguinal hernia surgery. Will be living in Rayong/Chanthaburi area. Hear good things about "Bangkok Hospital" in Rayong, but little about the one in Chanthaburi. Any information on good/safe hospitals for this kind of surgery would be appreciated. Will pay out of pocket for later reimbursement from U.S. health insurance provider (Blue Cross).
