They have been doing this for the past couple of years with Krungsri Bank ATM's

As reported, a huge profit with 220 baht withdrawal fee and you get a "free" 14 baht

can of coke. (and you will probably buy a few extra items) That said better than

a jab in the eye with a red hot poker. If the people that use ATM's use these ones

maybe other Banks will follow, giving you a little reach around as they you (no lube)
