Guys that come to this country have got to understand that everything thais do pertains to MONEY and they will do ANYTHING to get it. All they are thinking

There's an add getting around on Thai Visa for a dating service. "Find a thai wife" .com Would be interesting to see any real reviews for this site. I have a friend back home that is interested in meeting a thai lady, but he has zero idea of the pitfalls associated with Thailand. 

It took me 10 years of kissing a lot of frogs(and i dont mean French) and i thoroughly enjoyed it, before i met my wife. We bought and ran, 2 bars in Patts for 5 years (two of them married) we sold up and moved back to her village in Isaan. I knew her for 3 years before we done the marriage thing. We have now been here for 2 years, and i wouldn't have it any other way. We have a nice house,( a very, very, very nice house, with 2 cats in the yard, Crosby, Stills and Nash, anybody) and now we also have 2 little dogs. We are happy enough. But i dont understand why she gets the hump when i introduce her as "my present wife" Funny people these Thai women,

Some very good advice all you guys - i know it's lot of personal info to put on TV but I was honestly running out of ideas sometimes the barstool advice during beers can't be remembered :) I didn't expect such a huge response thanks again
