Recommendation For Hair Salon In Bangkok

Recently I came across a posting asking for recommendation for hair salon in Bangkok and a scary reply.

"Hi, any recommendation for hair salon in BBK with good services for hair straightening/rebonding, hair coloring/highlighting, hair cuts, hair treatments?"

"Straightening in Thailand - BE very careful - it made my wife's hair fall out & that was a reputable salon..."

I would like to express my fair view. Recently my wife and I went to 1 of the neighborhood salon that we were attracted because of it neatness and professional feel. Their price tags are so reasonable (in fact is very low) but the standard and services can easily beat many reputable salons. The product carried by them is Alfaparf from Italy. On top of that, the owner speak good english. This master stylish used to work in several reputable salons in Thong Lok and Japenese salons. She is able to give good advice and recommendation..... very professional.

I strongly recommend those who are going for quality service at an unresistable price tag to pay them a visit. Chetta Lifestyle Salon, 155/108 Udom Suk 47 (Suhkumhvit Road 103), just 10m from main road.

So, not all salons made your hair drop.
:o
Enjoy styling..... cos we have found our personal stylish.

Yes finding a GREAT salon in Bangkok can take years, thankfully after 6 years i've found a little Gem..

Its called THE CORNER - its really easy to find and just 5 minutes from Sala Daeng BTS - i believe this is the new site, the owner is a lovely girl called Nang. she knows everything about farang hair and knows what subtle differences and style expecations we have. ive had awful absolutely awful cuts here in thailand that cost way more than they should have, now all i will ever use is this Silom salon...

Ive been going there for a while now, the owner is great and foreigners don't get over charged, all the products they use are not the super cheap crap from china, they use shishedo and wella etc. But the prices are brilliant and not the rip off prices that some of these mall and Siam salons are charging.

goodluck!

I get mine done in a booth in Asoke station for 100b.. Only place I ever found that uses a vacuum to suck up the bristles instead of blowing them down my neck!
