Hi guys, i really need an urgent answer please...

Im on Non-o visa. married with thai. Every 90 days i have to leave the country and come back. I did this for 1 year. My 90 days will expire this sunday (30/04/17) so time to go to another country again!

Last time i went to cambodia and they told me i cannot keep doing this and next time i have to fly to another country.. i was like oh shit. So this time i checked the prices and found out Myanmar is the cheapest to fly. Just go and come back to bangkok on the same day. Bought the ticket go to myanmar by plane in the morning and come back afternoon. Time to get visa. I went to myanmar embassy and asked for transit visa its only 800 baht. They didnt understand why i want to get transit but not tourist and i told them all I need is a stamp from myanmar shows in and out the country. they looked confused and i felt like i need to ask them if its possible or not. After i repeat my situation they told me yes i can get a transit visa and yes i can get in and out stamp from myanmar immigration at the Yongan airport. But i must stay at the airport!

Now to be honest this is my first time to myanmar and first time doing my 90 days by plane. When i arrived home, i had this feeling like somethings wrong with in and out myanmar stamp thing so i started to google. I dont know very well about transit visa. All information i found out is like i can stay at the airport for 24 hours. Also myanmar embassy site says: transit visa - stay 24 hours. i was kinda happy so still seems no problem with in and out stamp from myanmar.

But then i realize something.. at the airport! What does it mean?! If it says at the airport, does it mean i cannot get to myanmar airport immigration and do the stamp thing?!

If you know anything about transit visa or myanmar transit visa please inform me as soon as possible. i still have 2-3 days left to fix the problem (till 30 April) i can go to malaysia via land border. No need visa for malaysia.

So my question is, can i get my in and out stamp from myanmar with transit visa? If all situation is hopeless im open to any suggestions

THNX LOT

A transit visa is just that, a visa to transit a country, usually airside without passing through the border, not all countries are set up for this, indeed most aren't.
What your asking for isn't transit.
