My air con in central Bangkok has had endless issues and it seems every random repairman I call just isn't up to the job. Does there exist an absolutely professional top notch air con company in Bangkok?

Only if you are very lucky, had 2 A/c replaced a couple of weeks ago 

by an A/c only shop,so they should know what they are doing ?!!,

 

The took out old A/c and refitted new ones, OK i thought, checking

couple days later,the had hidden the earth wires behind the drainage

pipe, never connected the wire to A/c,!, had to do it myself,10 mini job.

Sounds about right! You'd think some company would capitalize on this total lack of quality and provide great service at a premium.
