Please mate, just let the Thai people deal with this. I'm sure any moto taxi driver can arrange for their own lorry to come around the collect your bottles. Infringement on this is tantamount to farang attempts to infringe on prostitution and pimping. Let it go mate, let the Thai people handle this and enjoy your money and stay in the Kingdom. Apparently clear plastic bottles have a recycled value of 9.9 baht per kg and coloured plastic 3.2 baht per kg

There are usually "scavengers" sorting through the bins for recyclables they might tell you where to sell...I remember seeing a place on the cross road that joins south Pattaya and Theprasit, soi kor pai maybe not sure of the name.
You can often see numerous pickup trucks driving around full of recycled stuff wave one of them down...you might not get full price from a midleman.

P.S if you leave the stuff outside your premises on the footpath it will magically vanish not just bottles but old fridges,washing machines,tvs and spring mattresses "pooof" gone in a flash !
