Best to visit the web site of the broker and research requirements for yourself. The brokers typically either have live chat lines or provide timely responses to email queries

you need to examine the "book" of the condo development...see if they are fake or inadequate...at my old place, the condo committee colluded with the management staff...created all kinds of "expenses" that were just payments to friends...more than 1000000 in a year...

 

ultimately, i made a complaint to the appropriate govt offices...and held a meeting of the condo residents, in accordance with bylaws, and changed the members of the committee and forced the resignation of the condo committee...no one went to jail though...because the thai residents were too stupid can cowardly.

I believe every word of this. This sort of deception is much more common here than most people realise. Brushing it under the carpet is also common.
