I am getting my name put on my Mrs family home tabien bahn. To do this we need to get the head man and the Mrs father down to the Amphur to confirm me in.

Unless you are Thai or have permanent residency you cannot be registered in a blue tambien ban. You can only get a yellow tambien ban based upon a blue tambien ban.
