If you read this article you will see that all of the major world tv broadcasters have formed a combine to thwart all forms of televised piracy . I ask the question  ,  Is there any legal Thai broadcaster of UK t.v. who have the licence to show the programmes with decent quality and reliability , especially Sky Sports  ?  

True have some of the licenses to show some of the content from Sky Sports. Everything else would be illegal.
