I seriously wonder what they do with the penises. Do they dispose them? Or maybe they reuse them to do penis transplantations to women who wants one? Is there a second hand market?

They use tissue from the penis to create the sensitive parts of the vagina, so whatever would be left when that is over, is probably only fit for duck food.
