The boy has been handed over to Sutthisarn Police Station for legal action. The teenager, 17, was arrested in a Din Daeng flat, Pol Maj-General Surachet Hakpal, commander of the Patrol and Special Operation (191) Division, said at a press conference held at 4am to conclude the operations of 191 and tourist police to patrol and search certain spots in Bangkok. Where are the parks around Thailand where kids can play... Actually, where are the kids... ?? As I suspect many Police are on Facebook instead of working, assigning tasks must have been very easy
