With smart mobile phones it is also easy to distribute photos of the victims to overseas Thais if they are not able to immediately track him down. In this case you are dead wrong: the man was a grass, he betrayed a well-known Dutch criminal which was murdered in Pattaya back in 2005, and now he finally got his come-uppance. So it's not halfway around the world, it's in his home-town, and he happened to be responsable for the killing back in 2005 of a well-known Dutch criminal in Pattaya.
