PHUKET: -- A Russian woman has died after leaping six floors from the rooftop pool terrace at a hotel in Patong early this morning (July 19) while her 10-year-old daughter stayed in their room.

PHUKET: -- More than local 15 religious artifact dealers filed a complaint at Chalong Police Station yesterday claiming they have been cheated out of several million baht by a the owner of a Facebook page dedicated to selling various religious artifacts.

BANGKOK (Reuters) - A judge handing down verdicts in Thailand's biggest human trafficking trial on Wednesday had announced 21 guilty verdicts by mid-morning from 103 defendants, with judgements expected to last late into the day.

      Transport Minister says phase 1 of high speed rail line to begin construction in October
