Listed property firm Pruksa Real Estate Plc has introduced three news condominium projects with a combined worth of Bt5.5 billion under the brand name of Privacy.

 

The three projects are located at Charan-Ratchavitee station, the Tha Pra Interchange, and Rama 9.

 

The Privacy Charan-Ratchavitee station is a 24-storey building worth Bt900 million that offers 281 units with spaces from 24.5 square metres to 39 square metres per unit at a starting price of Bt2.59 million per unit.

 

The Privacy Tha Pra-Interchange is a 22-storey building worth Bt2.4 billion offering 795 units with units from 24.5 sq m and 49.5 sq m and prices starting from Bt2.59 million.

 

The Charan-Ratchavitee station and Ta Pra-Interchange projects will open to booking on August 5 and September 23 respectively.

 

The Privacy Rama 9, a Bt2.2 billion project, will launch to the market in the last quarter of this year, the company’s chief executive officer Piya Prayong said at press conference on Thursday.
