I have no idea which decent person, with a few grains of common sense, not even speaking about developped brains, would want to to be a 'mate' of that 'My Mate Nate' character, but, well, especially as the younger generation of Thais seem to be missing both when confronted to the modern explosion of the media, it succeeds to bring that kind of (IMO) despicable personality quite some cash on top of the lunacy of it...

For me: yes, please, do deport him, and do black-mark him, not to be able to come back any soon! Who needs him here, what positive element does he bring?

Puke is a dirty, smelly thing, sorry, but there's nothing else I can think about I could associate to that ... of a ...! Fuera!

Nothing more than a hate campaign against one of my countrymen.

Not at all;  just people expressing their dislike for an anti-social punk with bad upbringing.

Should have a "I don't care" option.

The man makes his own bed.

I doubt this kid has ever made a bed.

I expect he still needs a nanny.

If you mean he is responsible for his own actions, then I doubt he has the mental capacity (other than language it seems) to be held legally responsible for anything.

As the coins have the kings image on them I am surprised he has not been hit with Lese Majeste yet.

Then it would get interesting, 20 years or so of hard labour.

Cheers

I don't think he used Thai coins though.

I'd bet it was him that passed a €2 coin I got in change the other week for a ฿10...

He needs his arse kicked and banned from the interweb for 5 years or until he grows up.

I daresay you know less?

60% want him hung from the nearest tree, yet most of the comments here are of the "Live & Let Live" nature.

Hum, how can 60% want to hang him while most are "live & let live"?

Also what's wrong with a few girls/katoys (can't tell from the pictures) in swim suits?

Do you actually think the fish was abused? BTW, do you eat fish?

I'm vegan.

I was referring to his cat stunt when I said abuse, but thanks for reminding me of this moron's fish stunt.

What does a fish have to do with a cat fighting a scorpion?

A non venomous scorpion.

Some locals cover themselves AND their kids with them (as well as snakes) at various places around the country so tourists can pay them for photos. Zero outrage.

And let's not forget, cats are fierce creatures. That scorpion wouldnt stand a chance if the cat got serious.

The major problem with this imbecile is that he is a terrible role model for the young and impressionable kids that watch his stupid infantile pranks and lack of common respect on YouTube etc.

I don't care if he stays in Thailand but he should be banned from the internet until he grows up, maybe for 20 years, and get a job.

Teach English, as he has good language skills, not this utter nonsense.

The guy is stupid and not funny, but I don't see any ground for forbidding stupid and not funny guys to post on the Internet, in sites that people choose to watch and are not imposed to them. Those who don't like it can just choose not to watch it.

Additionnally, in a country where people have no other choice than watching something as stupid and not funny every friday (unless they switch off their tv).....

You missed the point, he appeals to children not adults, it is not a cartoon where they can see the difference.

Going near any railway track is dangerous, never mind the total disrespect he portrays.

Granted there are TV shows that are almost as bad, never mind the soaps.

Have you been a parent?

Do you happen to surf on the Internet? There are so many things that are more frightening than this guy's site: incitation to drug, porn, self-exposing, terrorism, suicide... just to name a few topics.

Additionnally. Have you been a kid? Didn't you do things that were at least as crazy as what this guy shows? I did, and I am not sure I was an exception.

Ps I was not talking about soaps ;)

My Mate Nate's latest clip put out today after a 10 day hiatus since the rail track video has him claiming he's giving up Youtube for good.

But at the end of the clip he says he's only 98% certain he'll quit with a 2% chance he'll return. He'll update in a couple of weeks.

I know fine well what is on the internet. I know how to get around the blocks too, as do kids these days.

Again, do we need more from this idiotic piece of 5h1t ?

Kids are influenced by this stuff, and bring it up as a "logical" argument if you have a problem with them.

He is just exploiting children to make money in my view.

If you approve of that you should be ashamed of yourself.

(Okay TV is a different problem, but so much is now available to kids on the net with the "players" that are not regulated it is also a problem)

I don`t despise the jerk himself, I despise the media that facilitates this jerk, his antics and others like him. 20 plus years ago these non-entities had few ways of gaining publicity but now every moron can have their day.

He won`t be the first and he won`t be the last. The problem is; how far are these idiots prepared to go in competition to make a claim for fame? He is what I describe as part of the dark side of the Internet, where obscene and irrational behaviours becomes actively encouraged and even acceptable. We should ask ourselves, what kind of society is being created among the young generations today? Where should lines be drawn?

Wow! I can't wait. A miraculous reformation!

I hope this ฿5000 fine has given this lad a kick up the rear and he uses his talents at language to teach English, which is badly needed in Thailand.

He seems to be able to connect with kids and I am sure he could be successful if he tries, and even become a decent responsible adult making a positive contribution.

I will not hold my breath however...

2% seems a long way to go in his case.

Very good and incisive point!

What can be done is the question?

The issue is not that I approve it or nor. The issue is why should this guy be singled out! Making money exploiting children? A wide range of industries are making money with children starting with the sugar industry and industries using sugar, the fast-food industry, etcj...Should we close McDonald's websites, M&M&s website, etc...

Do you think kids waited for this guy to put coins on rails?
