OK, so I am the first to make a fool of myself

Red car goes first because traffic light supersedes the signs.

The signs are valid only if traffic light is out of operation.

Total guess, as this is not a statutory sign in Thailand or the UK - red car should give way to the bus which is turning left.

Reason: that is what the sign seems to indicate.

I think it would make more sense ( yes , i know ! ) if the red car goes first as it will clear the junction quicker than the bus , which will impead the cars progress for longer.  Dont know of these exact traffic signs as im English , but i think keeping the traffic mooving is priority.  I await to be praised / flamed.

Maybe in the EU ... but over here it would more than likely be the eight-wheeler coming from the right with brake failure ...just out of the picture at present ....
