can someone with half a brain have a look at this website and verify how accurate it is? i am especially interested in the part about residency certificates and house logs!! thanks again :o

Just bad wording. The house logs is the tambien bahn (house registration papers) for your future wife (she'll know). The residency certificate they are referring to the address registration form (proof of address) that you can get from your embassy/consulate. Sometimes you can get it from immigration also.
