Donutz Posted August 4, 2017 Posted August 4, 2017 A multiple entry visa (mev) can be valid for up to 5 years. Bonfire travellers are supposed to be issued a MEV but some embassies are more liberal and others more reluctant to issue MEV. You can use the MEV to visit the Schengen area as often as you want but you can never spent more than a total of 90 days in any 180 day period. You will need to show The bordergaurd that you still meet all The requirements such as medical insurance, sociability, reasons to return etc. So basically you won't need to apply for a new visa for the next few years but all other requirements remain the same. The sticky topic tells you more.
