They are in jail. They didn't appeal to the supreme court. They no longer protest their innocence.  the lawyers have all gone home. human rights groups have found truly innocent people .The press have moved on to worthier causes. All of the above have accepted this.

Why can't you? ??

No need to answer that.

when will they be executed?

Most likely they will not be executed.

Usually the death sentence will recieve a pardon after 5 years. The sentence will convert to life. 20 years I think.

After that they will recieve reductions for good behaviour.

So probably they will do about 15 to 20 years.

If they pled guilty from the start, they would have got an automatic life. They would have been out in about 10 years.

It's up to the courts.

It may or may not happen.

I don't think it will happen though.

The last time anybody was executed in Thailand was 2009.

In 1938, for example, convicts were executed using a single automatic rifle. In later years, the convicts were handcuffed to a cross and an executioner would fire a gun, once his supervisor gave the order. One particular convict, a woman who had organised a kidnapping, was put on the cross twice, because after the first shot, she was still alive.[4][5] In 2001 five convicts were executed by firing squad in a public execution, provoking strong criticism from human rights groups.[6]

In 2003 Thailand adopted lethal injection as the official method of execution.

More to this than meets the eye!

OTT  in your ignorance.. Seeing how it's a 13 year old who's the victim any further guilt or responsibility would be on the adults involved.
