Is Jomtien(Pattaya) Immigration open tomorrow Monday 14 August?

My calendar says its a holiday but can anyone say for sure?

Monday is a lieu day, because the Queen's BD/Mother's Day, is on Saturday. Monday is therefore a holiday.
