I was just down there, I've never seen that much water in 3 year's I've been here, it's high too. It's not draining but rushing down the parallel Soi. It's about halfway up the hill to the customs building on the west of the border crossing. It's gone up dramatically since yesterday, as we had strong rains last night.

Is the border closed?

I've seen it pretty bad in the past but not seen immigration close it's doors.

Border never closes, well 9pm. There is no water threat to the crossing itself.
