I watched the debate this evening, Truss was appalling.

I do hope she wins.

I think most of us do, don't worry about the Labour Party, they have nothing to offer but spin and wild predictions, and beer Kier at the helm, gawd 'elp us....????

Oh dear, you are rambling with your off topic fixation on the Labour again.

Let’s get back to Lizzy and her appalling performance last night.

No matter the question put to her, she clearly hasn’t got a clue what she’s talking about.

Best of all is he financial illiteracy.

She’s promising to cut taxes from

day one of a Lizzy Government, the only economist backing her and the economist she herself refers to, Professor Patrick Minford, has stated her tax cuts would increase inflation and drive base interest rates to at least 7%.

Even higher prices for all consumers, rocketing mortgage payments for those buying their homes and higher borrowing costs to business.

Bring it on Lizzy.

Only a right wing obsessive would characterize pointing out the obvious flaws in Truss' program, flaws that have been criticized by most Conservative economists. as somehow being due to another poster's leftist political stance. I guess there are lots and lots of lefties in the Conservative party.

Wow, you are quoting Conservatives now, things are looking up...????PS. Is Truss looking to be PM or Chancellor.....????

Why did you need to watch the debate? There was more than enough evidence to reach that conclusion before yesterday evening.
