I get this occasionally but it is only 3rd Party/cross site cookies which are disallowed in my browser. Please explain what improvements a "user" will get from allowing 3rd party cookies.........apart from not seeing this annoying pop up? And I am not using Safari.

I think you will find that the implementation of CRS transcends the EU so that argument is a complete non starter IMHO.

If the OP has no earned Thai income; does not remit earned income during current year and is not trying to offset anything against a specific country DTA why would he even need to consider filing a tax return in Thailand....... There may be a reason but @2009 certainly didn't give any info in his posts that suggests he wants to invite any closer scrutiny into his financial affairs whether warranted or not.

You don't need to file it or register it anywhere special. Some people have successfully lodged one at an Amphur but there is no specific need to. Make sure your executor knows where to find it and or give them an original. If you want a Thai lawyer involved I am sure they will look after it as well....

What do you base that on? I know several people who have done probate in the UK for relatives and although not simple it did not require "legal"knowledge. My understanding is that Thailand may be different however I don't have any practical knowledge of that.

How - using AA Insure brokers and paying and communicating direct to April International in France - premium could have been in Euros or USD. How much more expensive........ will obviously depend on which cover you take out (more than one plan), what options and deductibles if any, your own medical history......and most importantly your age.
