Chaindrite 40EC is oil based, will stay on plants and top soil longer. MIx with 40 parts water. I use this around the house. I just use a watering can with a sprinkling head, dont need to spray. Chaindrite 30SC is odorless water based, mix with 60 parts water. My gardener pour this straight from the bottle into the pest control pipes embedded in the house foundation, and force water into the pipes after.

I don't bother to repair microwave neither. On my third in 15 years. This time I got one with a digital clock/timer, I love it.

You model has Neo 6 and Prologic IIx options which are excellent to play movie files with AAC audio so it is worth repairing. Most new models have THX cinema, not as good playing AAC files.
