I had it ages ago in a champagne style bottle. It reminds me a bit of Carling Premier, very smooth, but no real taste (it has more taste than premier, but it's not much). I also tried the Leo supreme, which was a bit more refined than the original, but I didn't like the aftertaste. Night hunter IPA on the other hand is very nice. They also have a golden beer, but the IPA is way better IMO. Each to their own though.

I went there on Sunday, entered in gate 6. The price was 90 baht in total for the two of us and the car. The price was clearly stated on the sign before the roundabout (20 baht per person and 50 baht per car) I have a feeling that they likely added such a fee because of the event that was taking place that weekend. Would I go again? Not if it is as busy as that day. The park looked nice, but the parking was incredibly difficult due to the number of people there. It took about half an hour to park.

A new way to turn right at the intersection, Thai style?
alien365 replied to lordgrinz's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
Did you have your indicator on? (I don't have sound on your video for some reason). I find at big traffic lights it works quite well in my area. It's common practice if the road is wide enough to accommodate. In your situation it was reducing to one lane so it obviously doesn't help anyone. -
Thai Police Officer Investigated Over 500 Baht Bribe Claim in Khon Kaen
alien365 replied to webfact's topic in Isaan News
I don't bribe police officers as I generally follow the law. The snitch who recorded it is doing herself no favours. If they break the law in future, they will have their bike sent to the police station for processing and have to go through more hassle and wasted time. -
The problem with short time is knowing how many men they've been with, maybe even within the same day. I'm really not comfortable with going down on a woman like that and a condom is a must.

David Lammy Under Pressure to Apologize for Past Comments on Trump

As a Brit, I really look forward to seeing him swallow his pride and apologizing, but I don't believe it's in his nature. -
Thai Govt Officials Gear Up for F1 Race Discussions
alien365 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
It was initially meant to be tongue in cheek, but then F1 is expensive. I can't quite see weekend grandstand tickets costing 5,000 baht as with MotoGP. The 20-25% discount was also interesting for PT card members. Hopefully as a Shell user, I'd get an F1 discount if I wear a Ferrari top 😉 -
Thai Govt Officials Gear Up for F1 Race Discussions

I can see it already: Thai price 2,000 baht, foreigner price 10,000 baht. Seriously though, I'd love there to be a race in or around BKK, which has the hotels and transport system to support the teams, media and fans. -
Anutin Visits Koh Kood as Thai-Cambodia MoU Stokes Fears

It would be more interesting to hear from Cambodia's government. It's clear Thailand will say it's theirs (which to me it is), but unless Cambodia's government is really trying to make a claim then it's a non story. -
Backlash as Popular Sandwich Chain Cancels Franchise Locations
alien365 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I honestly can't remember but both near me west of Bangkok and the one on Rama 2 are definitely cashless only. They say you can pay with a credit card instead, but that doesn't exactly help. I used to enjoy their meatball sandwiches, but it's not worth the hassle now. -

Thailand Cuts Diesel Prices Amid Global Oil Price Drop
alien365 replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
So is diesel going down in price or just staying the same for us who buy it? I was hoping it'd be going below 30 again. -
I think once it goes dark, the real danger on the road is how dark people's window tints are on their cars, in my area at least. It's frightening how little you can see through a dark tint. It doesn't really matter how much you drink if you can't see out of your car.

I will look down on you too until you learn the saying is 'couldn't care less'... I'm not the biggest complainer but the food does go back if they get my order wrong to the point I can't eat it. I've had hair in my food a few times recently, which is clearly not mine. I don't make a big deal out of it, but the staff are usually very embarrassed and sort it out.

As most fatalities include bikes, I'd say no. There seems to be a lot more speed cameras around now on the larger roads that I think are starting to make people in cars slow down a bit. The current speed limit of 80/90 on most sections of these roads is simply too low though. As people slow down for the cameras and speed back up again, all they do in my opinion is generate money and cause traffic jams. A steady 110/120 would work a lot better in my opinion.

Krabi Airport: Woman Lying on Baggage Belt Inappropriate, Not Illegal

Does your Thai wife keep you on a short leash?
alien365 replied to NorthernRyland's topic in Marriage and Divorce
Bad parenting is also a factor in my situation too. No dad involved and her mum dumped her with the grandparents. As my lady expects so much (she's well educated), I guess it was only a matter of time before the respect was gone and things went downhill, I've done similar to you by trying to get her to consider how she acts and what she says, for over a year now, but it hasn't helped in my situation. -

alien365 replied to NorthernRyland's topic in Marriage and Divorce
Yeah. I'm in that position at the moment but won't be for much longer. Constant disrespect for being a caring person, and it is in my mind it's an abusive relationship. Just need to plan a time to get my things out of the house and I'm gone.
