  1. Lazada customer care Chat window usually works.
  2. Mecool km2 plus, 1780bht delivered with sale vouchers. If it's rubbish I'm blaming you!
  3. They all use 7A 12V batteries. So thats 84w of power, if you have a 500w computer plugged in that will last around 10mins. But them you'll probably have the monitor and router plugged in as well, so under 5 mins.
  4. These price UPS can only supply computer for 2-5 minutes. Good for power blinks, not good for a power cut. Usually only last 2 years before battery fails.
  5. Maybe their woman is no longer attractive, or never was.
  6. Thinking of getting a new (S/H) car, probably a ford Ranger 2017-2019 @approx 350kbht. The best time to buy an EV will be when it's a similar price. I'm not against EVs, I just can't justify blowing 1Mbht on one.
  7. I'll assume that to mean locally assembled. Can't imagine anyone manufacturing the parts and batteries in Thailand, all made in China.
  8. Just found this offer on Lazada as a flash sale, add all the vouchers and the price inc delivery is under 2,200bht. Pretty good deal IMHO. https://www.lazada.co.th/products/i915250947-s19378424152.html
  9. Tried this today, and agree it's like a small Twix but the caramel is all around rather than just on top.
  10. Does marriage equality mean foreign men can get citizenship after 2 years with an income of 15kbht/month, same as foreign women?
  11. No idea why the price difference. Maybe they could read my mind as I browsed the dtac Sims.
  12. Otto oven starts at 700bht, full size oven is 3,000bht so not that much of a consideration.
  13. Did you mean Cavendish bananas?
  14. Yes it is, Oz only allow 1 state sponsored pension. If you worked in another country, say UK, Oz collects it for you and it's used towards you Oz pension.
  15. It's already been named HLE, healthy life expectancy and is 61, then you have DFLE, disability free life expectancy and is 63.
  16. The day after my AIS 1 year SIM expired (end Oct) I got an SMS, top up 1490bht today for another year. It was in Thai of course, but I did and they did.
  17. More to do with greedy councils business rates plus online stores than any problems with the economy IMHO.
  18. I've got one already, and most of her pals would try to move in if she dropped the ball.
  19. Women don't know what they want, so why worry?
  20. First Zenni rule is drop down at least one level on the lens selection, a slightly thicker (cheaper) lens isn't a problem. I also use varifocals and have astigmatism ...... normally I pay $50 inc post.
  21. Agree, the 15 minute cities will just reprogramme your EV to stop it travelling outside their limit.
  22. Better to buy from ZenniOptical online, prices from $50 and arrive in 10 days.
  23. I also have concerns about government control of everything. Your all electronic no cash modern world gives your government the chance to switch off all your access to money. Do you really believe the authorities can't switch off your ev? Smart electricity meters can also switch off your house supply. Same for phone and internet. Not so much a danger in Thailand, But the UK/US/EU/Oz could all switch off everything and make you a non-person.
