The thing is that this mess is all Trumps making. He had the ability to keep his rear end out of the fire, but Trump in his own hedonistic ways wants to play the victim and continue with the charade that everyone is out to get him. His own lovely and deliciously created royal mess, no one else's. https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2022/09/19/trump-dearie-special-master/ In Monday’s filing, Trump’s lawyers wrote that they don’t want Dearie to force Trump to “fully and specifically disclose a defense to the merits of any subsequent indictment without such a requirement being evident in the District Court’s order” — a remarkable statement that acknowledges at least the possibility that the former president or his aides could be criminally charged.

I used Fixed Deposit account as an example, sorry about that. As long as your able to show 800K is in the bank and you have a letter from the bank confirming it, and many of the Immigration locations, well at least CW does, want to see a deposit the day of the extension application. It can not be a joint account at all, No issues.

That was some speed at which the pedestrian was struck by looking at the picture of the damaged vehicle. RIP poor man. I sure hope they check to see at what speed the car was going and whether or not the young driver was not intoxicated or distracted by looking at his phone as he was late going somewhere.......

Four foreigners injured after buggy car crash in Chalong

What a truly buggy situation Fred said Shaggy as he looked on with Scooby. -
The way life was meant to be, living in a relaxing semi-noise free environment where one does not need to turn down their hearing aids to enjoy listening to music while watching the sky above......I outgrew going to bars and partying until 2 in the morning in my 20's and miss nothing about the nightlife. Every now and then we will go listen to live music at a venue, but why sit in a bar day in day out....that to me is a lonely and boring life for a person in there, 50's, 60's or 70's. Trying to regain ones lost youth as they never enjoyed those things because they could not is how I see it. For a true tourist, they only have so many weeks in which to cram a years worth of partying and playing into before its back to the grindstone until the next foray.....

Good luck using the combo method at many immigration offices. BTW there is no such thing as a Security deposit when applying for an extension of stay. You either have 65k transferred every month into a Thai bank account or use a 800K Fixed deposit account. If you use the monthly income method and you miss a month in transferring the 65k into the bank you are out of luck and will be denied. Now if you are going to pay an agent to do your extension then obviously they will placate the I/O by showing them what's needed even if you do not have it.

or this Here is what the rack looks like -
If you want a bigger bike then the Yamaha X-Max 300 is perfect for a tall person with long legs. However if price is an issue then a N-Max would work, just not as tall of a motorbike.

Thailand’s teachers accumulate combined debts of ฿1.4 trillion

When was the last time you saw a bank foreclosure sale here? Many bank owned NPL homes in moobans have been empty for years.... -
To each there own views. Pattaya is for those wanting a night lifeand like the bar scene, yet HH has a nightlife scene if one wants it. HH is for those of us who like to chill and relax. Great beaches out towards Pranburi near our house. Of course having the condo in BKK as well gives options for weekends out if wanted.

Debt is debt whether on a credit card or a mortgage or car payment. Over extending oneself is the issue and loans are given out like skittles at a party. -
So many database breaches already one has to wonder. In the west you would be given free access to the three credit bureaus and your information would be locked so no one could try and use it to create new accounts. Identity theft is rife unfortunately. I still have all my accounts monitored for any sign or attempt to use my information.

Is the paperwork not registered with the Land department and also on file with them? Seems a little shady to me, but as OMF has said maybe they want money from the individual the land was sold to in order to allow building. When I built the house in Udon Thani, my now ex-wife who had bought the land from another Thai had to pay money for a permit that allowed building.......I never second guessed it as that is the only way you build on land in the west with a building permit you pay for.

Looks like they are his former cabinet members who moved in and out, sort of like he was playing musical chairs. To not be able and hold onto your cabinet members shows it might just be you and not them that are unable to get along. Being President does not mean you do whatever you want, when you want and then when it does not go your way, blame others and then tweet about how bad someone was or is. That in itself is far from acting Presidential in my book.
