  1. Take photos. Just don't lean on or touch the columns.
  2. Back around 1976 when I was in the Air Force we had a breifing about nuclear war. They stated if there was a full out nuclear war no would be living on the surface of the planet for about 200 years. Any way if countries start launching their ICBMs you will only have about 30 minutes to do anything. That's assuming you know about it right when it starts. We're all going to die sometime. The world will cease to exist at some point. There is no use worrying about it.

    Who can repair this?

I see a couple of batteries. Anyway There are sensor faucets that plug into an electric socket but they have a transformer.
  4. Pretty simple to figure out. If you have got the figures from them for retirement at 62 and retirement at full amount age. Take the 62 year figure and multiply it by the total months until full retirement age. Then divide that amount by the full amount figure minus your lower amount to see how many months(years) it would take you to recoup all the money you lost by not taking the earlier amount. In my case I figured there was a good chance I would be dead by the time I made up the difference by waiting for the full amount. Also if you don't need the money now you could invest it in the meantime to make even more money or set it aside as an emergency fund. For example using the ages you provided and say the amount at 69 is $2000/month. That would make the 63 year amount about $1,334. So $1,334 over 6 years you would receive a total of $96,048. Divide that by the difference of what you would receive, $666. Which means it would take you over 12 years to make back the money you would have got by starting earlier. And that does not factor in annual raises to the amount over those years either. Plus the money will be worth less the longer you wait to get it.
  5. It seems that if immigration requires you to have a Thai bank account they should provide an official document stating that you are required to open one.

  13. One thing you have to take into consideration is that a US tourist visa is a 10 year multiple entry visa.
  14. I wonder how well he takes cares of his employees?
  15. You could do a full body scan but you would have to pay for it. Your insurance would only cover what is required for your immediate situation. Plus if you found anything your insurance might add more exclusions for preexisting conditions.
  16. It is from the face scan requirement. Before foreigners could be exempted from it. They no longer allow that exemption. The banks don't have it set up to retain the face scan information for foreigners. You need a Thai ID for it to be kept in their system. I went into my local branch, SCB, and asked about it. They are the ones that told me the above. However they did say if I wanted to do a larger transaction I could go to the branch and they could do a face scan but it is only good for that single transaction. Say for example you want to make a payment or send money to someone for 75K. You can do 2 separate transactions that equal the total, like 50K and then 25K, up to the 200K daily limit.
  17. For many families it is their only transportation.

  24. Over 20 years ago I had a dream. I think it was a dream anyway. I died and I was hovering above our bed looking down at the wife and I in bed. I started thinking, "Wait. I can't die yet. I have to take care of my wife." Next thing I know i'm waking up in bed with the actual physical feeling of having fallen onto the bed.
