    Same thing with mine. Only way to save them is to put them in a screened enclosure. Prune them back hard. You will get new berries in a short time.

    I guess the question is, is he looking at the date of the original visa or the date of the last extension? Get your passport renewed asap and then get the stamps transfered to the new one (if they are still valid) Otherwise you might be looking at leaving Thailand reentering visa exempt and then appling for a new non-O. If you are on overstay already that could complicate things depending on how long it has been.

    Most likely is no one wanted to pay monthly fees to keep everything maintained. It doesn't happen for free. The mooban I currently live in a lot of residents refuse to pay the 100 baht monthly fee. It includes garbage pickup. I think most see as just paying for garbage pickup and think it is too high. In the meantime the mooban is not being maintained like it used to be.

    They have a master code used by the hotel. There are default numbers set by the manufacturers. Unless the hotel changes the default master code just try a few numbers such as 0000 or 9999. I've read just dropping them will pop the door open too. Lots of articles online about getting into them.

    I can't think of one Thai person I know that thinks pollution is a problem. It is more like an accepted way of life. Now the economy is affecting lots of them.
