  1. Perhaps you should have taken him a police station to file a report. He could also have a medical condition.
  2. Since your re entry was before your extension the only thing it could say is you where permitted to stay until the current date. Once you did that extension that date changed.
  3. Not if he had been Thai. A gaap and 500 baht and all would have been good.
  4. I've seen several of these where the female dancers, singers on stage are doing sexual gyrations. Combine that with men that are extremely drunk and or high. Not a good combination.
  5. Turn up the Benny Hill theme song for this article.
  6. Schwab one international you can use your foreign address and telephone number. You do need to deposit $25,000 to open an account or transfer stock shares into the account equal to that. Their debit card has no fees and rebates the foreign fees too. Plus there is a $15 fee to wire money but they rebate that too. You would have to check with them about moving money from your home country to them. It's easy and free with a US bank account I'm not sure about other countries.
  7. You could try using beetroot powder. It is supposed to lower blood pressure. Also before testing take slow deep breaths for 5-10 minutes.
  8. As someone else mentioned this is only one side of the story. I'm sure he has a completely different story. Without seeing a video it's hard to say what the truth is. It looks like from the photo there is a security camera installed.
  9. Why was he complaining? Someone was littering.
  10. In Ratchaburi they burn the sugarcane field rubble after harvesting it. I think how it works is if the fields are manually harvested they burn them first. If harvested by machine they burn the rubble afterwards. I don't believe the figures they are quoting in the article. I see fields burning everyday during sugarcane season.
  11. The photo is of the person that was murdered, not one of the brothers.
  12. Soon to be sued by the producers for making them look bad...
  13. From what I have read only about 15% of all plastic is sent to recyclers. Then out of that about 40% is not actually recycled but either dumped or incinerated.
  14. could be leaf miners. I think here there is a type of small fly that lays larvae inside the leaf. hard to kill by spraying. mostly it is recommended to remove the leaves as soon as you see evidence and burn them to prevent more from hatching.
  15. Do a search for houskeeping agency bangkok.
  16. People are still falling for the scams such as you have a package but need to pay 33 baht in postage to receive it. Then they continue to take the 33 baht until your account is empty. They choose a low amount because most people have it set not to receive a notification for transaction less than 100 baht. It's not the bank app. It's people giving their information to scammers.
  17. My wife has migraines. She was taking a similar medication. She went to the hospital to see our normal general practitioner and he said she should stop using that and switch to Replax. It's pretty expensive, a box only has 2 pills. These medications are used only once you start feeling a migraine coming on. She saw a neurologist about a week later and he gave her a couple of medications that are supposed to help prevent migraines before they happen.
  18. A migraine is not the same as a headache.
  19. Yes if you leave at least 2,000 baht in the account they will not charge fees for inactivity. If less than 2,000 baht after a year they will start taking 50 baht a month until the money is all gone.
  20. When you open a Schwab One international account you don't automatically get the debit card. There is another form to fill out to request one which also gets you checks you can use. I don't use the debit card much to get money from an ATM but if you do there are no fees plus they immediately refund the fee charged by Thai banks. If I remember correctly the daily withdrawal limit is $1,000 but you can only withdraw $500 at a time. If you try and withdraw too much they lock the card and you have to contact them to get it unlocked. I found that out the first time I used it and tried to withdraw the $1,000. Also when I wire money to my Thai account they show a $15 transaction fee but that is immediately refunded too. So sending money to a Thai bank is free. (Except they don't send in Thai baht so you are subject to the exchange rate the Thai bank gives you.)
  21. They ended up taking my Thai Drivers license as proof of address. Your address is on the back side of license. Good thing about Schwab is you don't have to have anything translated for them. They do that themselves. If you have any utility bills in your name they will accept that too.
