Someone would have to be a total idiot to spend almost 2 million b when you can rent it for 300 bucks a month. Thailand's non transparent real estate market is a farce. 100's of thousands empty units in the country will take 10 years or more if they stopped building today to get that inventory low enough to create reasonable demand and appreciation. It will be dead money. Invest in investments and Thai real estate ain't it.

It is interesting how many did not want the 2 Sinovac and were relieved to get Sin/AZ. Yet, travel is much easier and accepted in many countries with 2 Sinovac while the SInovac AZ combo is a no go.

They really seem to be clueless as to what it is. This place is not Europe with much more interesting historical sites, venues, much better varied geographics. Phuket is much more oriented for family vacations with broader beach resorts and family oriented facilities. Most do not come here for the culture or nature, jeez how stupid. They need to realize the truth that 2 week millionaire male tourists and male entertainment venues/activities will be the only way for Pattaya to make any kind of recovery from this. So, open their minds and figure out ways to attract the millions of males in the world who want to come to Pattaya and enjoy a good time.

Maybe so fat and drunk impotent and out of shape people feel old at 63. Jeez, 63 is not old. I am older and in maybe the best shape of my life. Frequent golf and girls and other activities. A lot of it is in a persons mind. Hoping for some sympathy I guess saying or thinking they are old. Maybe turn on the light and change your attitude.

I have spent quite a bit of time in Chiang Mai the past several years as I have free access to a house. I do have a girl there I spend time with, play golf in the morning and do some of the nature activities but otherwise I find it pretty boring. I guess it is OK for tourists for several days to see the temples and go to the outdoor activities out in Mae Rim. I assume they have the impression it is a charming place with the old city and ancient walls. The Chinese seem to love Nimman which in reality is a bunch of coffee shops and restaurants. I have not seen the hotels as being that great (Bangkok much better) at all in fact it is mostly smaller backpacker type places. The best hotel is probably the Four Seasons out in Mae Rim which can run around 10 to 40,000 b a night during high season. Also, in addition to the burning season which makes the air very poor for several months, I have rarely experienced extended periods of sunny days. Most of the time cloudy/overcast with rain in the afternoon. The last time I was there the sun literally did not come out for more then a few days for an entire month. Probably just me I am not sure why it would be rated so high. Some do seem to love the place. But, good for CM maybe it will help bring more tourists there in the future.

Always love the " it is nice growing old together" crowd. No it's not. Can be with an old lady in my home country why do it here? My rule is 30 years younger minimum. Keeps the energy up never boring or lose attraction.

Maybe they will attach some other tracing/contact device for you to carry. To add, anyone who does not have a smart phone in today's world must be out of touch with reality. The app serves several functions including contacting the user if they have been in proximity of Covid cases. It seems the right and responsible thing to do in these times. But, I guess if someone is involved in criminal activity they might be afraid of it.

Just a heads up Netherland does accept Sinovac. The Sinovac vaccine is recognised as valid proof of vaccination by these countries: Austria. Cyprus. Finland. Greece. Iceland. Netherlands. Spain.

It is still a lot less expensive then many western countries and as long as males throughout the world have testosterone, Thailand will remain popular.

I would assume they have done their research and come to a proper conclusion before recognizing it. It is obviously not saline or a big zero like some claim.

This was my experience. And, did not feel the maintenance costs were worth it.

Over the years millions in the world have survived sickness and death because of vaccines. I think current anti vaxers suffer from some type of mental illness. Conspiracy theorists, illogical, I am in shape and better then others braggarts, and truly weak/twisted minds. So many stories about these types sucking on ventilators their last breathe pleading to then take the vaccine. Seems sick and demented.

Interesting, I would think they should accept what you have. The U.S. states rarely if ever asks for a passport for identification purposes and it was not required for the vaccines. My friend there showed me his certificate it was a flimsy piece of paper with his name and vaccine looked very easy to counterfeit.
