You caught the same discrepancy I did in the OP. The most common concentrations of T are 200-250 mg/ml of injectable drug. So let's hope he means mg instead of ml. Either way for a weekly dose that's massive. Perhaps he means that his actual dose is 125microliters of the drug, which would then be around only 25 mg T per week. A much more common dose. A blood test is only about 400-500 ฿. Normal range for males is 500-1100 ng/dL. Hormones are very potent drugs. Understanding dosage is paramount.

OP-ED – Highlights of the Prayut government’s diplomatic achievements
RocketDog replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Color me surprised. With such a title I expected a blank page. OP clutching at straws much? -
The longer you stay here the more you understand the reality of it. If it happened then it was definitely real. Wherever you are and whatever happens to you, unless you're asleep, then it's reality. Reality is one of those things that happens whether you like it or not. Much wiser to acknowledge reality than not; fantasy can get you into trouble. I'm an American too, and I can assure that there are many realities there that I don't like either. That's one reason I'm here. Up to you.

Simple velcro ankle weights can be used to amp up pretty much any walking you do. An alternative to carrying hand weights when walking. The real beauty is that you can use lighter weights and just leave them on as you go through your normal day. Can't even see them if you wear long pants. They're cheap, don't need batteries, and don't wear out. OTOH you do have to put them on to get benefits. ????

American Arrested in Bangkok Following Phuket Incident

Good for you. I do the same. Unlike some on these forums, I liken dressing down for an immigration visit to poking snakes with a stick. It's really not worth the risk. -
I won't wear a helmet, makes me look stupid
RocketDog replied to scubascuba3's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
Immediately before retiring to Los I took a three day motorcycle course in America and got a MC endorsement on my driver's license. My instructor stressed good helmets and helmet maintenance. I bought a $175 Bell helmet and brought it with me. Came to Thailand, bought a Honda Click. Rode it around Chaam for almost two years. Had two very minor accidents with no real damage to myself or the bike. Riding to Huahin one day I looked at the rode passing beneath me at 90kph. Observed the idiots on the road around me. Thought about the physics of two wheel vehicles. Got home and sold the bike. Bought a large, heavy Chevy pickup. Still alive today. YMMV -

Would You Trust Lazada to Buy Computer?
RocketDog replied to NoshowJones's topic in IT and Computers
It does seem to a habit of his now. Mostly he seems to just want to argue. Seldom offers any real advice but never misses a chance to criticize anybody that does. Likes to facetiously call them 'professionals'. Of course sometimes they actually are. Note that he will extend such bickering forever if you respond. -
ATTA doubts efficacy of free visa plan for Chinese tourists
RocketDog replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
My worst nightmare: "use visa-on-arrival, including groups of 100 to 1,000 travellers." I don't want to even imagine seeing that. -
Well, you probably did as well as possible under the circumstances. It turned out well. Congratulations. Now no worries for 5 years. ???? On a personal note, I will keep renewing both licenses but actually let my Lady drive us everywhere. She's actually the steadiest and most defensive driver i have ever known. I have no qualms sleeping with her at the wheel. And, if anything goes wrong it's much easier with her driving. Of course we have 1st class insurance as well. I keep thinking I should get a dash cam too.

Over the first few years living here I too was irritated /puzzled /offended /shocked/angry/scared of things I observed here. It's taken me nearly six years to finally realize that : 1. Nothing will change here because I don't like it, whether a major or minor incident. 2. Reacting or engaging in any way with either the offenders or their victims is highly likely to land me in the hospital or jail, or even taking a dirt bath. 3. The energy /thought/ emotion I expended on these reactions was not well spent. 4. My peacefulness and contentment in life, here and abroad, increases proportionally to how much I learn to ignore things that don't really mean much or affect me at all. 5. If I am directly affected by events I need to scale my response proportionally to the actual harm I suffer. Paying twice as much as a Thai national to enter a park or watching the daily spectacle of 'Thais Behaving Badly' do not qualify. Indeed, 95% of the nonsense I observe does not qualify. Few things that are apt to elicit a cortisol barrage do qualify. On the other hand I guess these things do help keep the lights on at Asean Now apparently. Everybody needs a hobby I guess. Seriously? Six pages in this thread about some Chinese people eating lunch.

Given the over-abundance of source material it's pretty hard to pass up. I've seen similar behavior my Chinese tourists in several countries. In some countries business owners set up special toilets with signs in chinese directing then to use these. It's not because of their propensity for leaving toilets sparkling clean either.
