I would give the Apple Store at Siam or Central a call and get their email to explain the issue. They are bound to have some experience and if you do not have an older Mac with iTunes .

No matter wheather straight, gay, bi or whatever...definately time to stay away from the soapys and other intimate therapies, amazing Thailand has to offer.

The worst part is what they charge for the upscale safari tours and lodging, considering what the staff gets at payday. A bit like in all developping countries or Thailand, charging western standard rates for top service for sure, but at a fraction of operationnal costs in comparison.

My universal mantra with anything electric that bugs, mainly previous PC computers, is to pull the plug. Could be a challenge for a inserted aircon or a split, OP could try cutting the general mains power OFF and then ON ? Could work if not already tried. ?

From outside, it feels great for the ego with all the other (sensible) patrons, not wanting to pay, watch and see the fine ladies all jumping over the guy spilling his Bhat along the counter. It also can be fun once he's wasted enough and starts buying drinks for the dudes too. But deep inside...frankly...deep inside when you know it's for the money only...does it feed the mind and ego all that much ?

Apple also encourages such behavioural pattern obviously with subtle and highly efficent marketing tactics. It's due to such madness that they go out of their way to hike prices of course. If possible, I would buy at the Apple Store at Siam or Central in Bangkok. Sure mail order is fine. But depending on one's District or Province, the carrier used, it just never may arrive. Not rich enough to chance an undelivery for an Apple product paid online.

So right you are. Considering the time since and with my apologies for the late response, have you purchased since your M2 or are you waiting for the new release next year ? Would be delighted on your feedback as my 8 year old Mac Mini could do with some updated help !! With consideration that this comment is in october, for the past weeks, I have noticed a high rate of updates in Apps an iOs. As if there is some sort of panic due to flaws or various security issues. Never have seen so many updates on iOs, except on the other Android Phone of course.

Long time user of Apple, I have noticed when you get a device with brand new tech, sort of a version 1, it always seems to have hardware issues and flaws. Once it gets to version 2 or 3 of the newly implemented tech, it seems to improve ?

This june, the European Union passed a bill forcing Apple to put consumer friendly, retractable batteries in their iphones. It could change the ball game globally. As a rule of the thumb, any device recharging at night is put on a clear space, say in the middle of the hall with nothing inflamable around or below (carpet, curtains, sofa etc)

I would check with any Apple store in Thailand. You have the biggest Apple store of the country at Central World - Bangkok. They will be far more competent then me on the issue. Since globalisation, there are small chances to get local produce veggies or fruit, from any squeeky clean supermarket in the west. Just stick to the universal mantra. "if you cannot cook it, peel it, boil it....forget it".....and you should hopefully, be fine.

As in many things in Thailand, quite often it's not the law, it's not the book that makes the rules. It's God. God is he or she, behind the counter. If one God does not grant the wish, waï, smile, walk away to a different temple branch. Strong chances are that the wish would come true once you find the place !!
