Thinking you need to narrow the field on how you want ongoing living in Thailand. Most unmarried guys are on annual extensions from a non O. The non O can be obtained in Thailand or places such as HCMC and Savannakhet etc

Have someone fill it out once and use that as guide for ongoing extensions. Personally long way from 90 however already planning to move to using agent.

eVisa for Thailand was intended to be applied for in your own country or country where you have residence status. There are reports of being able to apply for eVisa while out of pp country. Suggest you apply and if eVisa issued you would not have trouble upon entry to Thailand.

Yes. CW apply the current rules. You stay overnight in another province or exit Thailand and in both examples have continuous permission of stay then a TM30 is not required. Posts from random folk about what their immigration office does is waste of time. Everyone needs to be aware of their own immigration office "rules"
