Get off the high horse. First up.....you do not need to wait for 800k to season to apply for non O. The funds need to be in bank on day of application only. Subsequently you will apply for 12 month extension (it's not a visa) . For that you will need to have the funds seasoned for 2 months. As for your other post about opening bank account.... It certainly would not fly in most provinces as you would now require a certificate of residence. What is the "white slip" you mentioned. Added issue in Bangkok is that it's impossible to obtain residence certificate with a tourist visa. Read the thread.

Assume you are using this one. https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/register/add BTW: I also once did a postal when I was couple of days "pending" online. Subsequently online was approved and later the postal was sent back with a noticed "already approved" -
non-O visa through agents

The OP asked very simple questions. One question he did not ask is regarding legality yet you along with many others find it necessary to always include this opinion in posts. -
non-O visa through agents

Stick to what OP asks rather than comments regarding legality of agents assisted non O and subsequent extension. Very boring. -

Have taken both. Last visit in Feb I took the #152. I take whichever is leaving next. "Cheaper" ...that's funny. -
3rd visa exempt entry

Rule of thumb is flown back to place of departure. You may be able to push for flown back to passport country. ie Finland. I suggested Saigon as district 1 (tourist area) is a great place and the 109 direct bus to that area is 1usd and shortish drive compared to KL airport to city center. Edit: just checked. Finnish citizens have 15 day visa exempt entry to Vietnam. Also can obtain e-Visa for longer stays. Not my business but surprised you haven't explored places in Asia other than couple of days out of Thailand. -
3rd visa exempt entry
DrJack54 replied to thaiasia's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Ok. Depending on your location currently in Thailand you could consider best country to fly to and return. I would at very least have a plan B if refused entry on arrival you will be flown back to point of departure. I'm assuming Finnish citizens have visa exempt entry to countries such as Vietnam. There are flights from Saigon to CNX -
3rd visa exempt entry
DrJack54 replied to thaiasia's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Personally think you have been lucky. At a guess perhaps border runs to Malaysia. A 5th visa exempt very problematic. You just state now 2 visa exempt via land last year and two this year. That's 4. How did you first enter Thailand. You presumably arrived via air from somewhere. What is total time spent in Thailand. -
3rd visa exempt entry

You should have been clear in your OP So 4 visa exempt entries with extensions back to back and now going for a fifth. Haven't bothered with a tourist visa. You should have obtained a METV at the start. CNX is always suggested as a soft entry. Can't imagine how any io would allow you to enter again visa exempt with couple of days out of Thailand. Try a couple of weeks/months out. If you have only used one visa exempt via land for this calendar year then try border bounce. Definitely not entry via air -

Yes. Remember to change your entry date when you autofill. -
Seems that the school is your agent. There are couple of different tier level of schools for studing Thai language. There is specific forum for that. Not directly answers your question however this thread explains informal schools and has few posts from ubonjoe. https://aseannow.com/topic/1248267-price-for-an-ed-visa/

Since the OP left after starting thread ...what do you mean by "The school is genuine" OP have read of this thread for added info. https://aseannow.com/topic/1283492-will-i-be-denied-re-entry-due-to-volunteer-visa-in-passport/

90 day report query
DrJack54 replied to phuketsub's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
There should have been an issue as you should have either done a TM30 (change of address) to enable you to file 90 day reports at Phuket or done them with CW. Doing annual extensions at CW then that is where you file your 90 reports. In the situation of living mainly in Phuket that's not an issue as you can use online or mail. -
