Get off the high horse. First up.....you do not need to wait for 800k to season to apply for non O. The funds need to be in bank on day of application only. Subsequently you will apply for 12 month extension (it's not a visa) . For that you will need to have the funds seasoned for 2 months. As for your other post about opening bank account.... It certainly would not fly in most provinces as you would now require a certificate of residence. What is the "white slip" you mentioned. Added issue in Bangkok is that it's impossible to obtain residence certificate with a tourist visa. Read the thread.

You are very confused. You entered on a non O that gave you a 90 day permission of stay stamp. You subsequently applied for a 12 month extension based on marriage. That has an under consideration period of approx a month. The visit the photos and witnesses etc all very normal..

Rule of thumb is flown back to place of departure. You may be able to push for flown back to passport country. ie Finland. How did you first enter Thailand. You presumably arrived via air from somewhere. What is total time spent in Thailand.

You should have been clear in your OP So 4 visa exempt entries with extensions back to back and now going for a fifth. Haven't bothered with a tourist visa. You should have obtained a METV at the start. CNX is always suggested as a soft entry. Can't imagine how any io would allow you to enter again visa exempt with couple of days out of Thailand. Try a couple of weeks/months out. If you have only used one visa exempt via land for this calendar year then try border bounce. Definitely not entry via air

There should have been an issue as you should have either done a TM30 (change of address) to enable you to file 90 day reports at Phuket or done them with CW. Doing annual extensions at CW then that is where you file your 90 reports. In the situation of living mainly in Phuket that's not an issue as you can use online or mail.
