Korat Immigration. 12 months bank statements now required.
I have read reports of BBL customers obtaining a 6month statement for first 6 months of extension then another 6 month statement on the spot day of application. Personally I would obtain the 12 month statement days prior to application and also a short statement on day of application. That goodness I don't use that Bank or immigration office.

Korat Immigration. 12 months bank statements now required.
No his issue is that while banks can provide 12 month bank statement on the spot BBL cannot. Normal that not a problem as statements letter etc should be accepted up to 7 days to application. Korat want the statement on day of application. Just another crackpot immigration office. Problem if you use BBL. Regards when to apply for extension. Never leave it till last day. Your 12 months is added to expiry not started from date of application. Up to 30 days early at most offices

Marriage visa consideration period
One more time: It won't be rejected. I have NEVER read or heard of a rejection by head office. I can imagine perhaps a request for something to be added, however have never even heard of that.

does disposable ticket works when coming visa exempt?
Not really interested. The gold standard that some/most airlines use is onward flight. There are several threads on this specific question on AseanNow.

Marriage visa consideration period
It won't be rejected. Go to immigration on Monday after wife checks (phone) that the eagle has landed.
-
Marriage visa consideration period
That would be almost unheard of. You local immigration office carefully check over the application. If they accept it and in turn goes to regional head office it will be approved. Chill

does disposable ticket works when coming visa exempt?
Using a bus/train ticket would be very problematic. The standard airlines (mostly) apply is onward Flight.

Marriage extension advice Udon Thani wanted.
Given this more detailed info a Non O marriage + annual extensions is best fit + multi reentry permit. Come and go as often as you wish and only tie up the funds for few months.

Marriage visa consideration period
She can go to immigration for stamp if you want.

To Lodge a Complaint about an Immigration Office or not
2 hours! You've got it made. An annual extension + reentry at CW (zoo) is an expedition. Allocate the day.
-
Marriage visa consideration period
Chill. You can go day or two past the date given to return. Go Monday 19. Note: it will be approved.

does disposable ticket works when coming visa exempt?
Depends on the airline and the route. The issue would in the main be with the airline at departure rather than immigration (io) on arriving in Thailand

Marriage extension advice Udon Thani wanted.
If I was married I would still go the retirement extensions route. If the money in bank is a concern then use income method. 65k/month is hardly excessive amount to live off. Added bonus is wife does not need to attend immigration + no home visit added rubbish etc

Bangkok Bank Locking Visa Funds Timing Failed Visa Application
You are worrying over nothing. The bank Letter simply shows you as the owner of the account and balance at time of issue. Proofs of funds can be eg Bank Book or Bank Statement. The book/statement will show ledger funds not just available funds.

Home address for E-SETV application made in Vietnam
This post won't be of much help. I haven't personally applied for eVisa for Thailand however often do for visa to Vietnam. Recently applied for one when I was in Oz and I put my Oz address in both fields of current and permanent address. Next week I will apply for another while in Thailand. I will put my current address as Thai address and permanent address as either the same or my Oz address. Don't think it's all that important. If anything I would put current address as in the country I'm located when applying. In your case that would be Vietnam address. Hotel is fine

Should I apply for an METV or is there an easier solution?
Thinking best option after you retire is as, you point out.. Go the Non O retirement with annual extensions + reentry permit. Trouble free entries as much as, you want even if spending less than 6 months in Thailand.

Visa Rules Getting Stricter? Lease + Bank Transfers Now Asked
He wouldn't be on a visa exempt entry. The OP asked if a feasible option was to enter on Non O eVisa ongoing. Without obtaining the extension. Has been asked often previously. He posted...... "....I apply each time for a new non O visa, not followed by an extension?" Each time meaning each entry. Better options already outlined

does disposable ticket works when coming visa exempt?
Rent a flight work. Vaguely recall a post stating that Phuket were somehow checking this. Doubt that. Check out "onwardticket.com" Have a plan B. It would be airline requesting this at departure. If there is issue step away and book a throw away flight.

Applying for a marriage visa, Bank account frozen
The "freezing" of accounts by BBL has been across the board. If some branches have not imposed that is bit of red herring. Also it's not about bank statement it concerns the Bank Letter which is proof of Ownership of the account and balance at time of issue
