The attached link is good outline of COR and required docs. Like many things the list is comprehensive however at CW likely the push most of docs back. In my experience io took the TM47. I had a lease etc however didn't take much notice. No. The bank letter is to show you are owner of the account. Using income method the balance on day of letter is irrelevant.

Some "address confirmation letter" from embassies are valid for a year (doesn't mean will be acceptable for eg TDL, some 3 months. The issue is that UK, USA,AU to name just 3 do no longer provide confirmation of address. The COR from immigration office best option..

Was always valid one month. Have seen couple of folk state 3 months. That's not the case imo. As for the other issues you had with the io thinking weird. The TM47 receipt alone would/should have been enough.

I also use Kasikorn and moving to income method. Suggest you discuss with bank how to show that these monthly transfers came from abroad. They may require credit advice. Which immigration office,?

It needs to be "the most recent". I didn't have a TM47 due to never being in Thailand for more than 90 days due to frequent travel for several years. As I pointed out folk on tourist visa can now obtain COR from CW and those guys don't have a TM47 receipt. Thinking they provide TM30. Until recently to obtain a COR at CW you had to provide a TM47. That was unique to CW. That changed recently. You stated...."I did this about six months ago at CW .,..." Possibly 6 months ago the TM47 was a must.

I did state...... "The most important thing is to have a TM47 receipt" IO should have accepted TM30. COR can now be obtained by tourists at CW (previously not the case). Tourists cannot provide TM47. You must have stuck a busy time. I have over the years obtained 4 that all took 5 days. I did mention CW states "up to two weeks"

Suggest folk enter due date and 15 days prior notification into their Google Calendar. Online reminders are not in sync with trips out of Thailand also can be hit and miss. imo best not to rely on them.

Ok so you plan to obtain a DTV. The report is regarding a friend. "Dental" will be soft power category. Extension process may be different. Out of interest what proof did will you need to supply re dental work.
